Hello Guys This is MaaniDl Here's GTA IV 4 Multiplayer IVMP Setup for Windows with Working Servers !!! 

NOTE : 1st you need to download and install GTA IV 1.0.7.0 Patch, if u downloaded GTA IV from my website then u dont need to Download/install 1.0.7.0 patch. I also downloaded GTA IV from my own website !! xDD

Click to Download GTA IV Patch 1.0.7.0 (104MB)

Click to Download GTA IV Multiplayer Setup (2.1MB)

Download and Click on (IVMP-0.1-T3.exe) :

Then Select your GTA IV Installed Directory :

Default Directory (C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto IV)

After Install Click on (LaunchIVMP.exe) :

Now Click on (Quick Connect) :

Now Enter Server to Connect : 145.239.183.131:9999

Now Press (~) Button exact on left side of num 1. & type ( /register username password)

enter your username and password u want and hit Enter. For Login again press (~) button and type (/login username password) and enjoy !!!!
